以自我訓練監控預防運動員之過度訓練

The Prevention of Athletic Overtraining by Self-Monitoring Training

摘要


過度訓練(overtraining)的預防是訓練監控的重要目的。本文闡述過度訓練為何,及其發生原因與臨床表現。並設計簡便的自我訓練監控綜合表,監控內容包括心跳率、體重、運動自覺量表及其他主觀感覺等參數的變化,並說明其分析、管理與利用的方法,提供教練及運動員使用,以避免過度訓練的發生。相信從紀錄監控的過程,可體驗應用運動科學來維繫身體健康的重要性。

Monitoring training is important in preventing overtraining. This article introduces the definition of overtraining, the causes of occurrence and clinical symptoms. A useful self-monitoring training form was designed for coaches and athletes to record heart rate, weight, rating of perceived exertion (RPE) and other subjective perceptions. The assessment process of self-monitoring can prevent overtraining, as well as can learn the importance of health maintenance through sports science.
