模擬情境發球機之設計

摘要

設計本裝置之目的在於希望能模擬出較真實的發球機打擊練習情境，讓選手進行超快速球打擊練習，以改善傳統式發球機練習因為缺少投手投球動作造成選手打擊timing差異的問題，並提升國內選手快速球打擊訓練的品質。本模擬情境裝置乃利用一台JUGS發球機，搭配投手真實的投球動作；同時使用一組紅外線感應器、自動感應開關與訊號同步裝置所結合而成的一套訓練裝置。投手站在發球機後方進行徒手投擲動作，而自動感應開關則固定在發球機進球口上方，紅外線感應裝置則放在投手站立位置後方，用來感應投手的手臂擺動。當感應器光線遭投手手臂擺動截斷後，立即放動發球機上之自動開關而將球滑出；而當投手揮臂至發球口正後方時，球正好從發射口射出，此時投手出球點與發球機發球的時間正好達到同步的效果。此模擬裝置設計完成，進行實際測試與訓效果比較。而實驗結果也符合預期，模擬情境發球機打擊練習，能夠提升打擊者面臨超快速球打擊時之「打擊率」。

The purpose of this study was to design a simulative device that attached on pitching machine to create the similar pitching motion of real pitcher for super fastball batting training. Expect the design could decrease the timing difference from training by traditional pitching machine and increase training quality of super fastball. A JUGS pitching machine, photo sensor and automatic switch were used in the design of a simulative device, pitching motion of real pitcher in back of the machine at the same time. When light from the photo sensor was cut off by the pitcher's throwing arm, the automatic switch would be turn on immediately and allow a ball to roll down into the pitching machine. The design has complete finished and in proceed of training. The data reveals that: Training through Simulative Pitching Machine does increasing batting average significant (P＜.05).
