游泳健身休閒俱樂部經營之個案研究

摘要

本研究主要是探討都會區游泳健身休閒俱樂部的經營情形，本研究以高俊雄(2000)闡述的俱樂部經營面向中，具有產業中長期效益之經營結構面向作分析，包含經營策略、競爭力與服務作業等三大面向。本研究採個案研究法，以Spring游泳健身休閒俱樂部為對象，選取本俱樂部之主要目的是本俱樂部屬典型連鎖式經營之游泳健身休閒俱樂部之一，本俱樂部尚有六家游泳健身休閒俱樂部於大台北區共同連鎖經營，是經營極為成功的游泳健身休閒俱樂部之典範。經文件分析、訪談與參與體驗與實地訪察後，得到以下結論：
一、經營策略而言，本個案符合新型態的游泳健身休閒俱樂部的水準，對民眾極具吸引力。
二、就區域性運動服務設施而言，本個案具有良好的競爭力。
三、就服務作業分析而言，本個案具有良好的服務作業系統。本研究者在深入探討本個案實際經營情形後，對本個案提出若干建言，提供設施經營者參考。

The main purpose of this study was to explore swimming health fitness club how to management in the urban area. The research method was case study and the subject was spring swimming club. The aspects of administrative analysis based on Kao's theory (2000) which was stated at published book that named ”sport service management”. The data was collected by document, interview, participative experience and observation. The results were analyzed and discussed to become the conclusions as follows:
1. About the administrative strategies, this case matched standard of the new-style swimming club and have much more attraction for citizens.
2. About the competitiveness of local sports industry, this case had excellent competitiveness.
3. About analysis of service task, this case have good service task system.
After the case was analyzed and discussed, researcher gave some suggestions to manager to improve management for the club.
