探究台中市公務人員的生活型態與休閒運動參與程度之關係

摘要

本研究旨在瞭解台中市地區公務人員的生活型態與休閒運動參與二者間的關係。本研究採用問卷調查法進行資料的收集與分析，研究對象為台中市主計室所公布台中市地區十五個機關類別編制之正式公務人員與分佈情形，以分層隨機抽樣的方式抽取研究樣本，共發出763份問卷，回收604份，有效問卷599份，有效問卷回收率78.50%。本研究係以『公務人員生活型態與休閒運動參與之關係問卷』為主要研究工具。統計分析方法係採描述性統計、線性結構模式(LISREL)進行統計分析，本研究結果發現：
一、人際型態是最能反映公務人員的生活型態之效果。
二、社交性是最能反映公務人員的休閒運動參與動機之效果。
三、戶外活動、球類活動是最能反映公務人員的休閒運動參與之效果。
四、公務人員的生活型態直接影響休閒運動參與動機，並透過中介變項休閒運動參與動機間接影響休閒運動參與；休閒運動參與動機則直接影響休閒運動參與。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the real situation of life style and participation of leisure sports, and the relationship both of them among the administrator of government functionaries in Taichung city, Taiwan. Subjects for this study consisted of 599 administrators from the government functionaries from 15 administrative units in Taichung city, Taiwan. (the effective rate of questionnaire had reached 78.50%) The instrument of the study was by using ”Life style and participation of leisure sports of the administrator of government functionaries questionnaire” to determine the subjects' life style and participation of leisure sports. The data was analyzed by Descriptive Statistics, LISREL(Linear Structural relationships) to statistics the method, α=.05 is an obvious test level. The results of the study indicate that (1) The interpersonal relationship is mostly reflected the life styles of the administrator of government functionaries. (2) The social activities is mostly reflected the motivation of leisure sports participation for administrator of government functionaries. (3) The outdoor-oriented and ball-oriented activities are mostly reflected the participation of leisure sports for administrator of government functionaries. (4) The life style of administrator of government functionaries are affected the motivation of leisure sports participation and type of leisure sports participation positively. And the motivation of leisure sports participation affect the type of leisure sports participation directly
