知識分享與專案複雜化對團隊創造力之影響：以資訊系統開發為例

摘要

任何形式的創意或創新都需要處理知識，致使知識管理研究愈來愈受重視，特別是知識分享的議題，然而有關知識分享與創造力關係的研究仍下多見。本研究主要在瞭解團隊成員之知識分享對團隊創造力的影響，並引進資訊系統開發專案複雜化作為干擾變項，探討其間之關連。經蒐集52個資訊系統開發團隊資料，以層級迴歸方法進行分析。結果發現，系統結構知識分享與人際關係知識分享對於團隊創造力有顯著的正向影響。另一方面，資訊系統開發專案複雜化－包括專案環境、開發技術與使用需求，均對系統結構知識分享具有顯著的干擾效果。

The research of knowledge management is more important, especially on the issues of knowledge sharing. It is obvious that any kinds of creativity or innovation need to process knowledge. However, only a few empirical studies have tested this relationship between knowledge sharing and team creativity. Information system development project complexity is the moderating variable included in this model. Using hierarchical regression analysis, this study analyzes 52 ISDP teams. The results show that system-centric and human-centric knowledge sharing has significantly positive effects on team creativity. In addition, information systems development project complexity, including project environment, development technology and user requirement have significant moderating effects on the relationship between system-centric knowledge sharing and team creativity.
