溝通滿足對組織承諾與組織績效關係之研究:以社福慈善基金會為例

The Study of the Relationship between Communication Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Performance: Social Welfare Charity Foundation as an Example

摘要


本研究針對非營利組織中,其成員間溝通滿足感對組織承諾以及組織績效做一相關探討。本研究以社福慈善基金會作為研究對象,其研究結果顯示:第一為組織成員間溝通滿足感愈高,則組織績效也愈好。第二為成員間溝通滿足愈高,則組織成員的承諾威也愈高。第三為組織成員的承諾感愈高,對於非營利組織績效也愈好。因此,影響非營利組織績效因素中,組織成員間溝通滿足成與成員本身的組織承諾成將是不可忽略的重要因素。

This paper discusses how the communication satisfaction of the members in an non-profit organization would affect the organizational commit and the organizational performance. The subject are members of a social welfare charity foundation. The result of this research are: First, the higher the communication satisfaction among the members in the organization, the better the performance. Second, the higher the communication satisfaction among members the higher the commitment of members in the organization. Third, the higher the commitment of members in the organization the better the performance of NPO. Therefore, the communication satisfaction and organizational commitment among members in an organization are two crucial factors among the factors which would affect the performance of NPO.
