The Study of the Relationships among Health Perception, Participating Motivation, Leisure Involvement, and Leisure Satisfaction of Users in Taipei City Sports Centers

摘要

目的：本研究旨在探討臺北市運動中心使用者的自覺健康狀態、參與動機、休閒涉入及休閒滿意之現況與相關情形。方法：本研究以中山、萬華、大安、信義、南港、文山運動中心之18歲以上使用者為對象，採問卷調查法，以分層隨機便利抽樣方式，得有效問卷1,167份，並以描述性統計、皮爾森積差相關及典型相關進行資料分析。結果：一、運動中心使用者之自覺健康狀態以「社會因素」得分最高，參與動機以「健康需求」為最高，休閒涉入以「重要中心性」為最高，而休閒滿意則以「放鬆」因素為最高；二、運動中心使用者之自覺健康狀態、參與動機、休閒涉入與休閒滿意具有顯著正相關；三、自覺健康狀態、參與動機與休閒涉入透過三組典型因素影響休閒滿意，對休閒滿意的總解釋量為44.61%。結論：強化運動中心使用者之自覺健康狀態、提高其參與動機、加深其涉入程度，有助於使其獲致更強烈的休閒滿意感受。

Purpose: The study explored the relationships among health perception, participating motivation, leisure involvement and leisure satisfaction of Taipei City Sports Centers users. Methods: The data were collected in six Taipei City sports centers by questionnaires through Stratified Random Sampling and Convenience Sampling targeting Taipei City Sports Centers users above 18. Descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation and canonical correlation were utilized to analyze 1,167 valid data. Results: 1) ”Social factor” was found the highest score in Health perception of users was, in participating motivation was ”healthy needs” in leisure involvement was ”center of daily life”, and in leisure satisfaction was ”relaxation”. 2) Relationships among users' health perception, participating motivation, leisure involvement and leisure satisfaction were positively correlated. 3) Health perception, participating motivation, leisure involvement explained 44.61% of the variance of leisure satisfaction through three significant canonical correlations. Conclusions: According to the result, it is helpful to create stronger leisure satisfaction by intensifying users' feeling of health perception, participating motivation, and leisure involvement.
