有無邊緣型人格傾向之男性婚姻暴力加害人在暴力行為嚴重性之比較

摘要

本研究主要以台灣地區之北、中、南、東各抽二縣市所發生新舊婚姻暴力案件為樣本，由社工人員訪問被害人填寫DSM-Ⅳ中之邊緣型人格檢索表、修正衝突對應行為量表(CTS)與危險評估量表(DA)，共得有效樣本260名。研究結果發現：邊緣型人格傾向之婚姻暴力加害人與致命暴力行為之間具有顯著的相關；在精神虐待及身體暴力之次數、嚴重度上皆比非邊緣型人格傾向之婚姻暴力加害人有更顯著之相關；而在危險評估量表上的得分，邊緣型人格傾向婚姻暴力加害人與非邊緣型人格傾向婚姻暴力加害人達顯著的差異。本研究建議未來對於特別是具有毀滅性格之邊緣型人格傾向之男性婚暴加害人做進一步的研究與探討，以作為國內婚姻暴力事件防制與處遇之參考。

Intimate violence has been recognized as social problem in Taiwan, and the Domestic Violence Prevention Act was passed years ago to solve this problem. However, the problem of intimate violence might not decline and the lethal intimate violence cases still happen once in a while. This study targeted the male intimate abusers, especially the ones with the tendency of borderline personality to find their connection with lethal violence. The reported marital violence cases in eight counties of Taiwan were sampled in this study, and the victims of these cases were assisted by social workers to fill out borderline personality checklist, the revised Conflict Tactic Scale, and the Dangerousness Scale. Totally 260 cases collected as useful samples. This study found as follows: the tendency of borderline personality significantly correlates with the occurrence of lethal violence as well as the times and the seriousness of psychological and physical abuse. Suggestions for further study and dealing procedure were discussed.
