鹿谷國中望遠樓及邊坡震後災損原因調查與分析

Investigates and analyzes the factors of suffering damage after catastrophic earthquake at the slopes and buildings of Lugu Junior School

摘要


2013年6月2日南投縣魚池鄉發生芮氏規模達6.5級之淺層地震(通稱0602南投地震),造成南投縣鹿谷國中校區建築望遠樓傾斜(現已拆除)、以及多處擋土牆開裂、周邊坡地發生多處沉陷位移與張裂縫之情況。為釐清上述鹿谷國中校園建築構造物及邊坡損壞原因及後續整體治理對策,本研究除進行傳統之擬靜態邊坡穩定分析外,同時採用實測之地震作用力,進行有限元素動態邊坡穩定分析。分析結果顯示,望遠樓(建築構造物及基礎地層)所在區域有較明顯的地震誘發位移發生。主要原因為:基礎地層(崩積土層)承載建築構造物載重後,在承受地震力作用期間,將在基礎地層之角隅處造成應力集中,並產生較大剪應變。最後,由動態分析之計算位移量分佈可知,西南側邊坡既有擋土設施與建築構造物(望遠樓及求真樓)周邊之地震誘發位移及運動型態,並無直接相互影響之情況,可視為兩個獨立的變位區。

On June 2nd, 2013, an earthquake (or named Nan-Tou Earthquake) of shallow depth with Richter scale of 6.5 occurred at Yu-Chi township, Nan-Tou County and caused serious damages of Wang-Yuan Building (tilting and being removed at present), retaining structures (structural cracks), ground subsidence, and tension crack on nearby slope lands at the campus of Lu-Gu Junior High School. In order to clarify the causes and damage mechanism of building structures and slopes failure in the campus of Lu-Gue Junior High School and implement the subsequent remediation and rehabilitation works, in addition to performing a systematic conventional pseudo-static slope stability analyses for seismic effect resulting from the earthquake, this study also carried out a series of finite element dynamic analyses on slope stability using the actual seismic loading measured from strong motion monitoring stations at field site. According to the analysis results, the area where the Wang-Yuan Building located shows a significant earthquake induced ground movement. This is due to the fact that the foundation soil (colluviums) subjected to the building overburden and which alternately leads to a stress concentration and a large shear strain at the foundation corner during the earthquake. At last, based on the distribution of calculated displacement and the ground motion pattern from dynamic analyses, the earthquake induced displacements of the existing retaining structures at the southwest slope and the surrounding area of building structures (Wang-Yuan Building and Chiou-Jen Building) are not correlated each other. The earthquake induced displacements from these two spots can be considered as two independent displacement zones.
