大專學生木球學習表現之內在動機與成就動機之研究

The Study of University Student's Learning Performance of Woodball on Intrinsic Motivation and Achievement Motivation

摘要


本研究目的在探討大專學生木球學習表現之內在動機與成就動機的差異情形,以及內在動機與成就動機的相關情形,並進行分析。本研究以98學年度大仁科技大學及永達學院356名,其中男性學生佔282名,女性學生佔74名以上木球課的學生作為調查對象。並於2009年3月1日至2009年5月31日止,在大仁科技大學與永達學院木球教學場地,以「大專學生木球學習表現之內在動機與成就動機量表」為研究工具,運用便利抽樣方式進行問卷調查。並以SPSS 13.0統計軟體進行描述性統計、t-test、One-way ANOVA的驗證工作,顯著水準訂為α=.05。結果發現:一、男同學內在動機的努力方面與總體方面以及成就動機均較女同學為高。而內在動機的樂趣方面呈現無顯著差異性。二、不同年齡的同學其內在動機在樂趣方面與總體方面以及成就動機呈現顯著差異性,而內在動機的努力方面則呈現無顯著差異性。三、不同學習表現者的內在動機差異均呈現無顯著差異性。四、中等學習表現者較低學習表現者的成就動機為高。五、成就動機與內在動機整體及興趣方面呈現顯著正中相關。

The purpose of this study were: 1. probe into the different sex, age, student learning to display on intrinsic motivation. 2. probe into the different sex , age , student learning to display on achievement motivation. Students who have the wood-ball lesson are the marriage partner by 356 of Tajen University and Yung-Ta Institute (282 men, 74 women). The Instrument adopt Intrinsic Motivation Inventory, Achievement Motivation Inventory, and this SPSS13.0 counts the software and carries on describing statistics, t-test , One-way ANOVA, shows competence to order for α=.05. Found finally: 1. diligent respect and overall respect and achievement motive of schoolboy's intrinsic motive are higher than schoolgirl. Then the difference has no significance for the enjoyment of the intrinsic motive. 2. enjoyment respect and overall respect and achievement motive of classmate of different ages intrinsic motive has significance, then the difference has no significance for the diligent respect of the intrinsic motive. 3. the intrinsic motive difference of persons who display with learn has no significance. 4. learn the persons who display medium it is high than the achievement motive of the low persons.
