稻田掩埋滿江紅對水稻生育之影響

Effects of Azolla Application on Growth and Yield of Rice

摘要


為瞭解稻田掩埋滿江紅對土壤性質及稻谷產量之影響,以節省化學氮肥用量。試驗結果顯示掩埋滿江紅可增加土壤有機質含量,減低土壤密實性,促進土壤微生物活動,增加水稻有效分蘗數,提高稻作產量。在不施氮肥情形下,水稻產量以前作加間作(插秧前1天及插秧後40天)掩埋滿江紅處理較對照增產30.6%。間作(插秧後40天)掩埋滿江紅處理增產23.3%。前作(插秧前1天)掩埋滿江紅處理增產18.6%。滿江紅間作放任(放植不掩埋)處理增產10.3%。顯示掩埋滿江紅可節省化學氮肥60~70kg/ha。

In order to decrease the demand of nitrogen fertilizer, Azolla was grown on the paddy field in the second crop rice of 1982 and then been plowed and incorporated into the ground after rice harvest. Rice was again intercropped with Azolla in the first crop of 1983. Results showed that organic matter content in the soil was increased, density of soil decreased, and tillers and yield of rice increased by Azolla application. In the treatment of no nitrogen fertilizer applied, incorporated Azolla at the end of former crop and 40 days after transplanting showed a 30.6% increase of yield of rice than control plot. Intercropped with Azolla at 40 days after transplanting showed a rice yield increase of 23.3%, while former crop applied Azolla only increased 18.6% of rice yield. Intercropped with Azolla but did not incorporated into ground only increased 10.3% of rice yield. It showed that application of Azolla can save nitrogen fertilizer application by 60-70kg/ha.
