探討輔導人員於高中職學生非法藥物使用之輔導能力與過程投入

A Study of the ability and involvement of counsellors for preventing high school students from illicit drug reuse

摘要


本研究目的為瞭解學校非法藥物使用學生的輔導人員在輔導能力與技巧、輔導過程投入的表現,以及探討背景因素對輔導能力與技巧、輔導過程投入的影響。本研究為橫斷式問卷調查法,以高中職使用非法藥物學生輔導人員為研究對象,有效問卷共計37份,問卷回收率為86.05%。本研究之受訪者接受3天的增能研習。所蒐集的資料包含基本資料、輔導能力與技巧、輔導過程投入等。本研究採用複迴歸進行分析。結果顯示,超過5成的輔導人員自覺具備輔導能力與技巧,且能夠投入輔導過程。輔導能力與技巧、輔導過程投入間具有相關性,為顯著的影響因子,而輔導人員的性別、擔任輔導年資與服務單位所屬地區並不會影響輔導能力與技巧、輔導過程投入的表現。換言之,輔導能力與技巧、輔導過程投入不會因為輔導人員背景不同而有所不同,輔導能力與技巧越高者,其輔導過程投入程度越高,兩者具正相關,本研究可以顯示輔導過程投入的重要性,值得藥物使用輔導人員參考。

The aim of the study was to explore the ability and involvement of counsellors for preventing high school students from illicit drug use, and test the influences of background information on the counseling ability and involvement. A cross-sectional survey was conducted and we obtained 37 valid questionnaires after the counsellors received the 3-day training. The response rate is 86.05%. Of the results, over 50% of counsellors reported they had the counseling ability and be involved in the counselling process. Moreover, the counseling ability had a significantly positive effects on involvement and the background variables, such as gender, counselling years, and area of affiliation, have nonsignificant effects on these two outcome variables. In conclusion, the counseling ability and involvement were not influenced by the background information of counselors and these two outcome variables had the positive relationship.
