本研究主要目的在於探討台南縣市幼兒教師工作壓力與離職傾向的情形。採用問卷調查法,以台南縣市私立幼稚園與托兒所教師為研究對象,共計有效樣本247人。以「個人背景資料」、「幼兒教師工作壓力量表」、「幼兒教師離職傾向量表」為研究工具,問卷資料經整理及統計分析後,主要研究發現如下:一、幼兒教師對工作壓力整體平均數低於量表中間值(3);二、幼兒教師工作壓力的程度,因不同背景因素而有顯著差異;三、教師在不同工作壓力下,壓力越高者離職傾向越明顯;四、工作回饋壓力較低的教師其留職意願較高;五、幼兒教師個人背景變項、工作壓力等預測變項對離職傾向的預測達顯著水準。離職傾向層面的解釋變異量分別為:「離職意願層面」是33.9%;「留職意願層面」是97%。
The purpose of this study is to explore the condition and relationship between the preschool teacher's job stress and turnover intention. The methodology is questionnaire. The study called back 247 effective samples which interview the private preschool teachers in Tainan area. The main frame of the questionnaire includes "Demographics"," preschool teacher job stress Checklist", and "kindergarten teacher's turnover intention Checklist". After cataloguing the questionnaires and processing statistic analysis, the study has the following findings: A. The generally job stress degree which preschool teachers suffered for lows than the median value. B. The job stress degree which the preschool teacher's suffered for is apparently differentiated by separate background factor. C. Under different job stress, the more job stress suffering, the more turnover intention. D. The less job feedback stress, the less turnover intention. E. The variance of the preschool teacher's background and the predicting variance of job stress have apparently explanation ability to the turnover intention.
