排球課程對大專女學生體適能之效益分析-以南開科技大學爲例

An Analysis of Effective Health Fitness Development for Female College Students by Volleyball Class-An Example of Nan Kai University of Technology

摘要


由於生活型態的改變,及運動參與意願的降低,使得大學生的體適能有明顯的下降趨勢,而要提升體適能最好的方法就是規律的運動。本研究以南開科技大學選修排球課程的女學生共計73名爲研究對象,經過爲期十八週的基礎排球訓練課程後,分析探討排球運動課程對於女大學生的健康體適能之影響。研究結果如下:一、女大學生身體質量指數雖有下降,但前後測並沒有達到顯著差異。二、女大學生坐姿體前彎,前後測成績有顯著差異。三、女大學生一分屈膝仰臥起坐,前後測成績未達顯著差異水準。四、女大學生立定跳遠,前後測成績達到顯著差異。五、女大學生800公尺速跑,前後測成績,達到顯著差異水準。

Because of the changed of the life style, and reduce the motivation to participate in exercise, those caused descend of the college students’ health fitness, and the bet way to enhance college students' health fitness is doing exercise regularly. There are total 73 participants who study at Nan Kai University of Technology and choose volleyball class in this research, after 18 weeks basic volleyball training, the researcher analyzed the data and discussed the relationship between volleyball class and female college students' health fitness. The result of this study showed, even though the BMI level was reduced, but there is no statistic significant difference between basic volleyball training and female college students' BMI level. There are statistic significant difference between basic volleyball training and female college students' flexibility, explosive strength, and cardiovascular.
