中醫師應了解的安眠藥副作用

摘要

大多數失眠病人皆十分擔心長期服用安眠藥造成的依賴或副作用，中西醫的共同治療成為多數人的理想選擇。中醫師在治療失眠患者時，除了傳統的望聞問切與辨證論治外，更應該了解病患服用安眠藥物的狀況，且警覺可能為安眠藥副作用的症狀。本文將介紹常見安眠藥物的作用機總及其副作用，並將藥物的名稱、外觀、效用與副作用整理為表格供臨床中醫師參考。

Most of patients with wakefulness always worry about the dependence and side effects of long-term taking sleeping pills. Thus, integrated therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine has become the ideal choice of most people. A Chinese medicine physician should ask patients whether they use sleeping pills and should be aware of the side effect of sleeping pills. This study introduced the mechanisms and side effects of common sleeping pills. We also made a list about the names, appearance, efficiency and side effects of the sleeping pills for clinical Chinese medicine physicians.
