摘要

在全球化與產品生命週期縮短下，不變的顧客期望已不再存於大部分的消費品市場。創新是趕上持續變化步調的不二法門之一。雖然有很多研究已著眼於不同管理實務、技術與獲得企業內部創新方法，可是，由於缺乏一套實際的與覆蓋公司整體的評估企業創新方法，這些創新哲學在實際企業中依然未被廣泛應用。本研究試圖發展一套企業創新管理的自我評估架構。為了實現這個目標，先發展出一個企業創新管理階層模式，再依據一系列的評分指導原則，從而發展出一套公司實現組織創新管理的自我評估矩陣。此評估矩陣提供一個簡單方法以評估公司實現企業創新的實踐情況。公司從理解他們企業創新的現況及不足之處，則能夠找到他們的改進策略。

In the present scenarios of globalization and shortening of product cycle, an immutable customer expectation no longer exists in most of the consumable markets. It is now widely recognized that innovation is a key to catch up this ever-changing pace. Although a large amount of research has been focused on various management practices, techniques and approaches for capturing innovation within organizations, the adoption of innovation philosophies into reality are still being questioned, as there are deficiencies in practical and integral approaches to evaluate organizational innovation. This study attempts to develop a self-evaluation framework for management of organizational innovation. In order to accomplish the goal, a hierarchical model for management of organizational innovation is developed. A self evaluation matrix for organizations to evaluate the company accomplishment in management of organizational innovation is developed based on a set of scoring guidelines. This evaluation matrix provides a simple method for evaluating the company accomplishment in organizational innovation. Companies can find their improvement strategies once they locate their situation and realize the deficiencies.
