電子式無段變速系統換檔性能研究

摘要


一般速克達機車無段變速系統(Continuously Variable Transmission, CVT)在先天機構限制下,常需要耗損離心滾子及斜板滑動片,且在低速或低扭力時,其傳動效率低。為了改善上述問題,並配合內燃機動力輸出特性,並調整減速比展現最有效的動力輸出。本論文旨在設計一套電子控制式無段變速系統(Electronically Controlled Continuously Variable Transmission, E-CVT),藉由各種感測器取得輸入軸轉速、車速、輸出軸轉速等訊號,配合內燃機動力輸出性能,計算出即時的目標減速比。透過模糊控制器送出訊號,控制步進馬達轉動滾珠導螺桿,改變實際減速比,再配合各即時轉速,判斷換檔時機,達到自動換檔,使得內燃機能夠保持在較高性能輸出,如此可減少動力傳遞時的損失,提升能源效益。E-CVT主要利用電子設備控制變速,擺脫傳統CVT 機構上的限制,並彌補離心滾子、斜板滑動片…等磨耗的影響。其優點主要在提升整車的效率與耐用度,且能避免因離心滾子磨耗所造成的變速誤差。本研究利用Fuzzy模糊控制器控制電動缸達到改變減速比之目的,並搭配動力源馬達建立出減速比二維查表圖,可根據實際動力源輸出特性以及駕駛者操作意圖,搭配出適當減速比達到自動換檔的目的。

For traditional scooters’ continuously variable transmission (CVT) systems, due to mechanism configurations, their rollers and discs could be easily worn out over time. Under low torque on low speed, their transmission efficiency is low. To overcome the above problems alone with the engine output characteristics and to adjust the gear ratio effective power output, this paper aims to develop a set of electronically controlled continuously variable transmission (E-CVT), the E-CVT is designed based on made by a variety of input shaft speed, vehicle speed, output shaft speed, etc, with the engine driving force output performance, and calculate the real-time target gear ratio. The E-CVT which is based on Fuzzy logic to controller sends a signal to stepper motor rotate ball screw to change the actual gear ratio, coupled with the immediate opportunity to achieve speed to determine the shift gears, allows the engine to maintain performance at higher output so can reduce the power to pass the time of loss and increase energy efficiency; E-CVT mainly using electronic equipment control speed, from the traditional CVT institutional constraints, and make up centrifugal roller, ramp slide film ... so wear effects. its advantages mainly in improving the efficiency of the entire car and durability degree, and can avoid the centrifugal roller wear caused by transmission errors.
