考慮具有損耗性原物料存貨成本之最佳生產策略

Optimal Production Policies Considering Holding Cost of Deteriorating Raw Materials

摘要


本文考慮製造業者購買原物料或零組件用來製造和組裝成為成品時之最小成本的策略,以求得最小成本時之製造週期時間,也就是最佳的訂購批量,傳統在此模式下大都未考量具有損耗性原物料或零件之存貨行為,直到Lin (2010) 首度提出將原物料的儲存成本加入 EPQ 模型,Su and Lin (2013) 再針對可重覆使用的原物料做進一步討論。 本研究以最小成本的角度來建構出三種存貨成本模型,分別為模型 I:為當製成品達到固定時間點後,一次銷售出清,模型 II:為當製成品達到固定時間點後,依需求率銷售逐漸出清與模式 III:為當製成品在生產過程中即依需求率一邊生產一邊銷售出清,最後再設定各相關成本項目並經由數理分析後,得證其各成本模式的最小成本函數是存在的,並分別可求得最佳製造週期時間與最佳的訂購批量。

The essay is to find the manufacturing cycle time at minimum cost (economic order quantity) while take into consideration the strategies of minimum raw material/component costs for final products manufactured or assembled by the manufacturers. Lin (2010) made the unprecedented suggestion to add the storage cost of raw materials to the EPQ model. After that, Su and Lin (2013) made further discussions on reusable materials. It was not until then when most of the traditional practices started to take the inventory of deteriorating materials or components into consideration. This study constructed three models of inventory cost models based on the minimum cost: model I. to sell once for all when the products reach certain a point of time; model II. to sell by batch on demand when the products reach certain points of time; model III. to sell by batch while in production. At the final stage, by setting each related cost item and going through mathematical analyses, this study tried to certify that minimum cost function exists for each of the three models, also to find the optimal manufacturing cycle time and economic order quantity.
