決策圈外的聲音─情色產業相關工作者之研究

國內學者在性產業的研究上大多把焦點放在性工作者上，對於所謂的性產業的經營者和相關從業人員較少去分析探討。再來，學者常以自身的觀點去解釋性產業的現實面，但是在現實面，性工作者本身對於性產業的認知與看法是否跟學者所觀察到的一致？本研究因此把焦點放在性產業經營者和相關從業人員以補前述之不足。本文選擇台中市一家大型聲色場作為研究範圍，首先採用文獻回顧法定義情色與色情的意涵並且回顧台灣婦女團體對於性產業看法的分歧之處。其次，分別比較荷蘭、日本、台灣對於性產業政策的管理。最後，以研究範圍中的色情業者、相關從業人員和性工作者作為對象進行第一手之深度訪談，詢問其對性工作除罪化與合法化之看法並對照學者專家的看法，最後提出建議。本研究發現在大型聲色場所的性工作者並不像學者所認為的性工作者都是處於被剝削的狀態，有時候相關從業者是互相依存的關係，並且性產業經營者和相關從業人員對於性工作除罪化和性產業的合法化是樂見其成的。

Most domestic scholars who are interested in the research of sex industry tend to focus on sex workers per se; they pay less attention on the managers and related workers in the sex industry. Also, scholars often have their own point of view to interpret the reality of sex industry, but is the reality from the angle of sex workers consistent with the view of the scholars? This study tried to understand the opinion of the owners and related workers in the sex industry in terms of the decriminalization of sex work. This study selected a large-scale sex working place in Taiching City for observation. First of all, the author tried to tell the differences between the erotic and pornography. The literature review also contrasted the perspectives of major women's groups about the legalization of sex industry. Secondly, this study compared the sex industry policy in Nederland, Japan and Taiwan. Finally, this thesis conducted several in-depth interviews to understand the standpoints of the sex workers and related workers in sex industry in terms of the legalization and decriminalization of sex work. This research finally offered some policy suggestions. This study found that workers in large-scale sex working place did not always appear as the exploited. The owners in sex industry and sex workers were sometimes reciprocal. The owners of sex industry and related workers were all happy to see the legalization of sex industry and decriminalization of sex work.
