男性婚姻暴力加害人之致命危險評估：DA量表與CTS量表在我國適用之再研究

摘要

家庭暴力防治法於1999年正式實施後，國內在保護令的核發及婚姻暴力防治之服務提供上，實在需要一可靠之危險評估，以評估加害人之傷害的致命嚴重度。本研究繼林明傑、沈勝昂(2003)研究Danger Assessment (DA)量表之後，再作信效度檢測。本研究以危險評估表(Danger Assessment, DA)、修正之衝突行爲對應量表(Conflict Tactics Scale, CTS)、及自行設計之問卷爲研究工具。研究對象是台灣地區的北、中、南、東各抽兩個縣市，從某年6月至10月間所抽取的樣本數爲262份，有效樣本數爲260份。經以十組不同DA組合之危險評估分數，以「卡方篩選DA7題總分加威脅傷害娘家或小孩以阻止離開二題」預測致命暴力之效度爲最高(ROC=.738; Pearson r=.400, p=.000)可作爲未來DA之本土修改版。在全距爲0到9分中，可以用0至2分爲低致命危險群，3至5分爲中致命危險群，而6至9分爲高致命危險群。DA量表的總分與修正CTS量表中的精神虐待相關係數爲.691，而在身體虐待的相關係數爲.552，可知DA量表總分與修正CTS量表中精神虐待的相關稍高於身體虐待。研究與實務之建議亦在文中有所討論。

Domestic Violence Prevention Act was passed in 1999 in Taiwan, and it was necessary to have a reliable risk assessment scale to be used in Taiwan for providing useful reference to judges, law enforcement agencies, and social work agencies. This study was done after the Lin and Sheng (2003) study to re-examine the reliability and the validity of the Danger Assessment Scale (DA) in Taiwan. The modified DA, the modified CTS (Conflict Tactics Scale), and a questionnaire were used in 8 counties/cities around northern, middle, southern, and eastern Taiwan. Two hundred and sixty respondents were successfully collected and coded. Five different sets of various DA scores were compared the ROCs for predicting accuracy. It was found that 7-item DA screened by chi-sqaure with two item of ”threat to hurt child to avoid separation” and ”threat to hurt female partner's family members to avoid speration” had the highest predictive accuracy (ROC=.738; Pearson r=.400, p=.000). Among the range of 0 to 9, the scores 0 to 2 could be counted as ”low lethal risk group” and the scores of 3 to 5 could be counted as ”median lethal risk group”, whereas the scores of 6 to 9 could be counted as ”high lethal risk level”. The Pearson's correlation between the DA and psychological abuse seriousness was .691, whereas the Pearson's correlation between the DA and physical abuse seriousness was .552, so the previous pair had the higher correlation.
