Children who witness domestic violence in their parent's marriage will present scare and anxiety in their emotions due to lasting and repeated experiences in violence. The majority of children will result in the posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) after witnessing domestic violence. A six-year-old girl who witnessed family's violence and had the posttraumatic stress disorder was reported. She suffered from toothache over upper right posterior teeth and received three times of local injection for pulpal treatment at the local dental clinic. However, the pulpal treatment was still not completed. She was also frightened and refused to have further dental treatment. The article looked into the problems of theses patients in physiology, emotions, and children's behavior, and provided proper dental treatment plan for this special case.
