本研究旨在針對國中生幸福感、社會支持與霸凌行為之關係進行探討。以全省國中生為研究對象,共發出1342份問卷,回收有效問卷1302份,有效問卷率為97%。所得資料以描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、多元逐步迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析。本研究的主要發現如下: 一、幸福感層面以「生活滿意」的比例最高;社會支持層面以「同儕支持」的比例最高。 二、霸凌行為(受凌)與霸凌行為(霸凌)層面皆以「言語霸凌」的比例最高,其次為「關係霸凌」。 三、男生在幸福感之「自我肯定」、霸凌行為之「霸凌」與「受凌」皆顯著高於女生。 四、女生在社會支持之「同儕支持」與整體層面皆顯著高於男生。 五、國中一年級學生在幸福感與社會支持皆顯著高於三年級學生。 六、國中二年級學生在霸凌行為(受凌)顯著高於國中一年級學生。 七、國中三年級學生在霸凌行為(霸凌)顯著高於國中一年級學生。 八、國中生幸福感與社會支持呈現顯著正相關,皆與霸凌行為(受凌)及霸凌行為(霸凌)呈現顯著負相關。 九、幸福感之「生活滿意」、「身心健康」、社會支持之「同儕支持」、男生及國二對於國中生霸凌行為(受凌)有顯著預測力。 十、幸福感之、「身心健康」、社會支持之「師長支持」、「家人支持」與男生對於國中生霸凌行為(霸凌)有顯著預測力。 根據研究結果與討論,文末提出針對家長、師長、諮商實務以及未來研究之建議。
This study explored the relationships among well-being, social support and bullying behaviors for junior high school students. The junior high school students in Taiwan were the subjects of this research. The total returned questionnaires were 1262, the returned rate of the questionnaires had reached 97% of effectiveness. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t test, one way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and stepwise multiple regression. The major findings of this research were as follows: 1.The highest rate of well-being was “Life Satisfaction”. The highest rate of social support was “Peer Support”. 2.The highest rate of bullying behaviors (bully & bullied) was“Verbal Bullying”, followed by “Relation Bullying”. 3.There were significant differences in the gender about “Self-affirmation” of well-being and bullying behaviors (bully & bullied), with more males than females. 4.There were significant differences in the gender about social support and “Peer Support” of it, with more females than males. 5.There were significant differences in the grade about social support and well-being, with more the seventh grade students than the ninth grade students. 6.There were significant differences in the grade about bullying behaviors (bullied), with more the eighth grade students than the seventh grade students. 7.There were significant differences in the grade about bullying behaviors (bully), with more the ninth grade students than the seventh grade students. 8.Well-being was positively related to social support of junior high school students. Both of them were negatively related to bullying behaviors (bully & bullied). 9.“Life Satisfaction” and “Mind Health” of well-being, “Peer Support” of social support, males and the eighth grade students could predict bullying behaviors (bullied) obviously. 10.“Mind Health” of well-being, “Teacher Support” and “Family Support” of social support and males could predict bullying behaviors (bully) obviously. Based on the above findings, some suggestions were made for the junior high school parents, teachers and counseling practices as well as the future studies.
