本研究目的在探討目前高中職輔導教師的工作困境、因應方式,以及在工作困境中所知覺到的督導需求。研究過程邀請八位高中職輔導教師,接受質性深度訪談,所得資料以內容分析方式進行分析。結果發現在工作困境方面,高中職輔導教師所知覺到的困境包括以下六個層面:自覺諮商能力不足、親師諮詢互動不易、難以發揮教學效能、處室溝通不夠順暢、兼行政職乏人問津、行政體制缺乏共識。在因應方式方面,則可分為以下四類:積極採取行動、善用多方資源、調適內在心境、被動順服現況。督導需求內涵包括提升諮商實務能力、拓展諮詢合作能力、加強教學績效管理,以及對督導者的期待等四部分。本研究最後依據結果進行討論,並對學校輔導工作實務與後續研究提出建議。
The purpose of this study was to explore the challenges of high school counselors, the copying strategies and the supervision needs derived from these challenges. This was done by interviewing eight high school counselors. Content analysis was used to analyze the transcripts. The results indicated six challenges: feeling inadequate of counseling ability, difficult consultation with parents and teachers, hard fulfillment of teaching effectiveness, insufficient communication among colleagues, no willingness of serving the administrative work as the school counselor, lacking of consensus between the administrative systems. The copying strategies include actively taking action, using of multiple resources, adjusting oneself, passively reacting to the reality. The supervision needs comprise increasing the ability of counseling, the ability of consultation and cooperation, teaching performance management, and the expectations for supervisors. Finally, these findings were discussed; implications and recommendation of school’s guidance practice and further research were provided.
