教師想像與創意培育課程之成效

摘要


本研究旨在設計一套提升教師「想像與創意」能力之課程。透過工作坊針對55名教師進行為期4天,共22小時的實驗教學。課程教學設計之創新性除歸納不同領域學者在、想像力、創造力研究看法外,也納入未來思考的成分。因此,本研究的程架構包含「領域技能」、「思考技能」及「工作動機」。研究工具為:「威廉斯創造性傾向量表」、「創造性想像量表」。所得資料使用單因子共變數分析進行假設考驗。結果顯示參加工作坊之教師,其創造性傾向與創造性想像表現均有顯著提升。本研究根據研究結果提出建議,以供實務工作及未來研究參考。

The study aims at designing a series of empowerment courses to increase the ability of imagination and creativity for teachers. Fifty-five teachers were recruited to join this teacher empowerment workshop for 22 hours in 4 days. The workshop was designed to be innovative by integrating the result of relevant researches in imagination, creativity and future thinking. The courses of workshop included three types which were professional skills, thinking skills, and working motivation. Research instruments included ”Creativity assessment Packet”, ”Test of Creative Imagination”. One-way analysis of co-variance (ANCOVA) was used to evaluate the change the creative tendencies and imagination after the workshop. Results show that teachers' tendency of creativity and creative thinking were evidently increased. According to results, we also provide suggestions for educational works and future researches.
