摘要
泄殖腔外翻是一種多發且複雜的先天性畸形。本文報告一個在仁愛醫院發現的男嬰，在出生時就發現有臍膨出，膀胱外翻且形成兩半，位於下腹部兩側，中間有外翻的大腸及廻腸且各形成一開口，此外有肛門閉鎖、陰莖短小且合併尿道上裂、隱睪及其他畸形。病人在第八天時開刀，見有胃穿孔，除作初步胃閉合術外，還作胃造口衛、廻腸造口術及臍膨出之閉合術。術後情況不良而於2天後死亡。屍體解剖可見大腸及小腸均短，且無盲腸及闌尾。因其罕見，故提出報告，並參閱文獻加以討論。

A male newborn infant was born with exstrophy of the bladder, omphalocele, epispadias, imperforate anus, cryptorchism and other defects of gastrointestinal, skeletal and genitourinary systems. Initial surgical correction was tried on the 8th day of life and gastric perforation was found during the operation. The baby expired 2 days later from sepsis. Autopsy findings were similar to gross clinical findings except that short colon and absence of cecum and appendix were also noted.
