從出生到十二個月之健康嬰兒血清免疫球蛋白G、A及M之研究(Ⅰ)正常發展
Studies on the Serum Immunoglobulins G, A and M in Healthy Infants from Birth to 12 Months of Age (Ⅰ) Normal Development
摘要
爲了要了解出生到十二月之健康嬰兒血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA及IgM的發展，本研究計收集749個血清檢體，包括足月順産正常新生兒之臍帶血，及健康嬰兒門診十二個月以下之健康嬰兒血清。並以20名正常成人血清爲對照組。測定方法則以Behring Mpartigenimmunoplates來檢查IgG、IgA及IgM的濃度。其結果如下：⑴IgG平均值在臍帶血中爲1232.9mg%，爲成人值的92.7%；嬰兒出生後，IgG值很快下降，到第三個月時還最低值，僅成人值的36.7%，以後又隨年齡的增長而增加，到第十二個月時，IgG值731.9mg%，爲成爲值的55.1%。⑵IgA在20個臍帶血中有19個可測出，其平均值4.7mg%，爲成人值的1.8%；生後以緩慢的速度增加，到第十二個月時，IgA值49.9mg%，爲成人值的19.1%。⑶IgM值在臍帶中爲16.5mg%，爲成人值的10.4%；生後快速增加，到第十二個月時IgM值92.6mg%，爲成人值的58.5%。⑷男女性別與免疫球蛋白值無關。

In this study serum immunoglobulins G, A and M levels it healthy infants from birth to 12 months of age were investigated. There were 749 serum specimens which were collected from cord bloods of normal full term newborns and healthy infants under 12 months of age attending the well baby clinic. Twenty adult were included as controls. The concentrations of IgG, IgA and IgM were determined by the method of single radial immunodiffusion, using Behring M-partigen immunoplates. If the concentrations of immunoglobulins were too low to be detected by M-partigen, then LC-partigen was used. The average levels: ⑴ IgG in the cord bloods was 1,2329 mg% (92.7% of the adult). It decreased rapidly after birth and reached to the lowest level 487.5 mg% (36.7% of the adult) at 3 months of age, and then increased gradually to 731.9 mg% (55.1% of the adult) at 12 months of age. ⑵ IgA in the cord blood was very low, i. e. 4.7 mg% (only 1.8% of me adult) and it increased slowly to 49.9 mg% (19.1% of the adult) at 12 months of age. ⑶ IgM in the cord blood was 16.5 mg% (10.4% of the adult) and increased rapidly to 92.6 mg% (58.5% of the adult) a the age of 12 months. ⑷ There was no significant difference in the immunoglobulin levels between males and females.
