摘要

尿失禁會令人感覺不快、困擾、害羞。而35%以上的老年人有尿失禁的問題，男性最常見的尿失禁常因攝護腺手術後尿道括約肌損傷所造成，本文探討一經攝護腺切除手術後産生尿失禁問題之個案其心路曆程，並將護理該個案之心得提出分享。
