摘要

本文提出內科加護病房中重度急性胰臟炎會診中醫外用芒硝金黃散結合治療病例。我們將中藥配膏藥敷貼於病人腹壁皮膚，結果病人急性腹痛很快獲得緩解，並縮短留治在加護病房的時間。本結合傳統中醫學外用劑外敷腹壁治療急性胰臟炎將是一個有效的輔助治療。

The present we treated a moderate advanced acute pancreatitis case with external use formulas named mirabilite golden powder in intensive care unit. The result that the patient abdominal pain was relieved rapidly and shorten the stay duration of ICU. The integrated external use formulas of Trandition Chinese Medicine on the abdominal wall for treated acute pancreatitis will be an effectively complementary therapy.
