廣霍香萃取物抑制流感嗜血桿菌附著作用的實驗研究

摘要


流感嗜血桿菌是藉由空氣中的飛沫或直接接觸分泌物而人傳人。流感嗜血桿菌是一種重要的定殖於上呼吸道粘膜的人類特定病原菌。流感嗜血桿菌對於人類細胞(例如:口咽細胞)之附著作用,被廣藿香植物的水萃取物所抑制。

Haemophilus Influenzae are spread from person to person by airborne respiratory droplets or direct contact with secretions. Haemophilus Influenzaeare is an important human-specific pathogen colonizing the mucosa of the upper respiratory tract. The attachment of Haemophilus influenzae to human cells such as oropharyngeal cells, is inhibited by aqueous extract of Pogostemon cablin.
