摘要

本研究調查台北市內湖區內溝流域之陸域軟體動物資源，針對明舉山及翠湖兩條穿越線進行採集記錄，同時分別計算此二條穿越線之物種歧異度。本調查共計採得17科24種，在對其生物資源及生態環境的關係進行比較之後發現，翠湖穿越線之軟體動物歧異度大於明舉山穿越線，此種差異可能與兩條穿越線所受之人爲干擾程度不同有關。

In order to understand the mollusca resources of Neigou river basin in NeiHu District, Taipei. We investigated Ming-Jyu mountain transect and Tsuei-hu transect. There are 17 families and 24 species collected and observed, 8 families and 10 species in Ming-Jyu mountain transect, 16 families and 22 species in Tsuei-hu transect. Shannon-Weaver Index His 0.533 and 0.997, respectively. It may due to higher disturbance in Ming-Jyu mountain transect.
