台灣犬幼犬血中尿素氮、肌酸酐、血鈣及無機磷之輪廓

The Blood Urea Nitrogen, Creatinine, Calcium and Inorganic Phosphate Profiles of Formosan Puppies

摘要


以11隻剛出生台灣犬幼犬為實驗組,6隻成犬(平均2.4歲)為對照組,觀察其血中尿素氮、肌酸酐、血鈣及無機磷之變化。血清樣品採集幼犬在剛出生喝初乳前、出生1天後,之後定期每週1次至第28週齡,成犬在同時間抽血,以臨床生化分析儀Ciba-corning express plus進行分析。幼犬剛出生時血中尿素氮值與成犬相比並無顯著差異,吃過初乳1天後明顯上升,之後快速下降,其血中尿素氮變化較無規則性。幼犬剛出生其肌酸酐濃度會超出正常參考值,喝過初乳1日齡後,血清肌酸酑濃度會快速下降,實驗期間之幼犬肌酸酐濃度比成犬低,而且有極顯著性差異(P<0.001)。幼犬出生喝完初乳後其血鈣濃度最高,至28週齡其血鈣濃度都比成犬高,統計學上具有顯著差異(P<0.05)至極顯著差異(P<0.001)。幼犬喝完初乳的1日齡,血清無機磷會微幅上升;從出生到28週齡,血清無機磷的濃度比成犬高,統計學上具有顯著差異(P<0.05)至極顯著差異(P<0.001),且隨著年齡的增長而逐漸下降。

Eleven newborn Formosan puppies were used as the experimental group. Six adult dogs with an average age of 2. 4 years old were used as the control group. The serum biochemical profile variations in the 2 groups were continuously observed. Collections of puppy serum samples were performed at birth and 24 hours after parturition, followed by once a week for 28 weeks. The blood sample collection times were identical to the adult collection times. The blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, calcium and inorganic phosphate were examined. All samples were analyzed using a Ciba-corning express plus clinical biochemical analyzer. The blood urea nitrogen activities showed no apparent difference with the adults at birth. Upon intake of colostrum, the blood urea nitrogen index values increased dramatically then decreased followed by an irregular variation. The creatinine activities exceeded the normal range at birth. Upon colostrum intake, the creatinine index values decreased rapidly. The creatinine activities were lower than adults (P<0.001). From birth to 28-weeks-old, the calcium activities were higher than adults (P<0.05 to P<0.001). Upon colostrum intake, the inorganic phosphate index values showed a mild increase in 1-day-old puppies. From birth to 28-weeks-old, the inorganic phosphate activities were higher than adults (P<0.05 to P<0.001). The inorganic phosphate levels gradually decreased with age.
