為了能夠快速且有效的預估台灣高速鐵路於不同列車班次的小時均能音量,本研究以現場實測方法發現台灣高速鐵路列車的瞬間最大音量(L(下標 ASmax))與列車噪音暴露量(SEL)有良好之線性關係,經利用SPSS統計軟體進行廻歸分析,所得之線性公式可快速且準確地預估高速鐵路的小時均能音量。高速鐵路列車的小時均能音量預估公式如下:L(subscript eq,1hr) = 10log(1/3600)[Σ(i=1~N)10^(SELi/10)] dB(A).其中,SEL = 0.918 × L(subscript ASmax) + 12.67,N為列車班次數量,L(subscript ASmax)為慢特性小時平均最大音量。或是使用下列公式:L(subscript eq,1hr) = 10log(1/3600)[M × 10^(SEL_a/10) + N × 10^(SEL_b/10)] dB(A).其中,SEL_a為上行列車噪音平均暴露量,SEL_b為下行列車噪音平均暴露量,SEL = 0.937 × L(下標 ASmax) + 11.32,M為上行列車班次數量,N為下行列車班次數量,L(下標 ASmax)為慢特性小時平均最大音量。
To quickly and precisely predict the hourly continuous sound pressure level of Taiwan high speed train, an experimental method was proposed in this study. By using the SPSS software, a linear regression method, a simple formula with high correlation coefficient was found between maximum noise level (L(subscript ASmax)) and sound exposure level (SEL) of Taiwan high speed train.The sound exposure level from the Taiwan high speed train can be fast and exactly predicted with the maximum noise level only by the following equations.L(subscript eq,1hr) = 10log(1/3600)[Σ(i=1~N)10^(SELi/10)] dB(A).
