家具之生產具有零件加工,組件次裝配至成品裝配之生產特性,因此製程之安排順暢與否,將影響生產效率;每一階段的作業都有密切的關係,如工件之作業時間及加工精度會影響下一步驟的加工。本文應用前報中所創新的群組生產方式提出以組件庫存替代成品庫存的生產新觀念,以16位元微電腦為硬體,中文磁碟作業系統為軟體進行家具零組件物料需求展開,組件及成品生產成本分析,組件物料需求計劃等之研究。本研究選用生產較為普遍之碗碟櫥櫃為對象,在五家工廠分別進行生產組件所需物料之數量,人工費用,製造間接費用等資料收集;程式分析結果能將傳統料單轉換成結構性料單,作單階及多階展開;並以組件庫存之生產新觀念在A廠應用的結果生產總成本可降低15.1%;並計算各種物料,組件之單價及淨需求量,生產管理人員可藉此安排生產所需的工作。
The process of furniture manufacturing consists of a series of characteristic operations such as component cutting, parts subassemble and products assemble. Therefore, the arrangement of process control will greatly affect the efficiency of production; every step of the process is closely related to each other, for example the operation time and precision works will affect the operation of next step process. This study employed the Group Technology as mentioned and created in part I of a series of this study and a new production idea of parts inventories to substitute for conventional finished goods inventories, equiped with 16 Bits microcomputer and Chinese DOS as software to analyze the expansion of furniture component & parts requirement, cost of furniture parts and finished products, furniture parts & material requirements planning. Buffet and hutch is one of the most popular furniture items produced in Taiwan, so it was chosen as the investigating object in this study. The materials requirement, labor or overhead cost were collected in five different plants which produced buffet and hutch Then inputting these data into 16 Bits microcomputer for MRP analysis. After analysis of data, it showed that the program of this study could transfer the traditional 、bill of materials to structured bill of materials for single-stage and multi-stage expansion. As a result of the application of the new production method of parts inventories a reduction of 15.1%in production cost was achieved in plant A. From the results of this study, the management could arrange the furniture manufacturing process efficiently based on the information of unit price of parts or components and its net requirement.
