陽性直接染料製造深色紙之研究

摘要

本試驗所用之陰性直接染料－Direct Scarlet 4BS, Dire ct Yellow RP及Direct Sky Blue 6B與陽性直接染料－Cartasol Red K-2B, Cartasol Yellow K-GL及Cartasol Turquoise K-RL相較知陽性直接染料無論在酸性或碱性上膠系統在高添加量3－9%時對漂白紙漿之染着力均較陰性直接染料為佳，且白水污染較輕，故適宜抄造深色紙。此外，陽性直接染料不同混合比例尚適合色紙配色之用。

Comparing cationic direct dyes-Cartasol Red K-2B, Cartasol Yellow K-GL and Cartasol Turquoise K-RL with anionic direct dyes-Direct Scarlet 4BS, Direct Yellow RP and Direct Sky Blue 6B, it was found out cationic direct dyes have high attraction for bleached kraft pulps and less water pollution than that of anionic direct dyes. Therefore, a desirable deep shaded papers can be made with the addition of 3-9% cationic direct dyes on bleached pulps sized with either acidic or neutral size. In addition, the formnula of matching shades can be achieved by the mixture of different ratios of cationic direct dyes.
