本研究於家具工廠內測量一些機械之噪音量,以及分析鋸片在鈍化過程之噪音變化,探求鋸片更換時機,並藉木工機械以測量噪音位準,而研判加蓋方式對降低噪音之效果或選擇消音鋸片之效果,其結果如下:1. 家具工廠木工機械於加工中,噪音量超過90 dBA者達89%,其中高達104 dBA者佔37%。2. 以圓鋸機進行粒片板修邊作業,初期噪音有急增之現象,切削長度達600公尺時,稍有緩增之趨勢,切削長度達3500公尺時,噪音量比切削初期高達7 dBA,鋸片已鈍化,應是更換鋸片的時機。3. 貼邊機掀開防音罩,於加工時為100 dBA,經加蓋後為92 dBA,噪音可降低8 dBA,又以圓鋸片鋸切粒片板,以粒片板加蓋圓鋸片,噪音量可降低7 dBA,故噪音源經加蓋後,其噪音量可減少7 dBA以上。4. 鋸片未經消音處理者,於切削初期較具有消音處理者噪音量高2 dBA,切削長度達3500公尺則高達4 dBA,就其頻率分析,未消音處理者於頻率1000 Hz,噪音量比消音處理高達7 dBA,於2000 Hz高達5 dBA,而於16000 Hz高達11 dBA以上。鋸片具有消音處理者,可降低噪音量。
The noise levels of working environment were investigated in some machines of wooden furniture factory. The while analysis saw blade process and saw blade with covering and noise-killer. The results were summarized as follows: 1. The investigation showed during producing period 89% of the woodworking machine created noise more than 90 dBA and 37% reached 104 dBA. 2. Particleboard were sawn with circular saws the start of cutting, cutting noise showed a rapid increase at an early stage. Then increased gradually, when the cutting length to the 3500 meters, the noise level has increased 7 dBA. The sawteeth had become blunt. So the cutting noise may be used as an indicator of the sawing condition of circular saws. 3. The source of noise was covered up. It would be reduced about 7-8 dBA. 4. The saw blade with noise-killer. It would be reduced 4 dBA.
