本研究目的在於分析木質壁板作為隔間牆時之隔音性,及填加其他材料後之改善效應,期使其能應用在建築環境中提供良好的居住性。試驗材料包括有紅櫟木、硬槭木、柳桉、杉木、柳衫及美國鐵杉共六種壁板。本試驗於成功大學建築系音響實驗室進行測試,使用B&K公司的儀器系統,以音強法對隔間牆作聲音透過損失的測定及分析。重要的試驗結果摘要如下:1.不同樹種之壁板材料所製作之隔間牆,其聲音透過損失平均值比較,結果顯示:紅櫟木39.3 dB>硬槭木39.1 dB>美國鐵杉38.7 dB>柳杉38.2dB>柳桉38.0 dB>衫木36.2 dB。2.中空雙層壁板與單層壁板之聲音透過損失平均值比較,結果顯示:紅櫟木 雙層壁板39.3 dB>單層壁板29.6 dB柳杉 雙層壁板38.2 dB>單層壁板25.4 dB3.紅櫟木隔間牆不同襯墊板其聲音透過損失平均值比較,結果顯示:6 mm合板39.3 dB略大於12 mm定向粒片板(OSB)與37.0 dB與18 mm木心板36.9 dB。4.紅櫟木隔間牆填加不同中間層填充材料後其聲音透過損失平均值比較,結果顯示:遮音毯+玻璃纖維棉46.5 dB>烤漆板+玻璃纖維棉45.9 dB>遮音毯43.7dB>玻璃纖維棉43.5 dB>烤漆板43.5的。5.紅櫟木隔間牆於填加中間層填充材料後,其改善效應顯示:以遮音毯+玻璃纖維棉的7.2 dB最佳,以烤漆板4.2 dB最差。6.所有隔間牆試體之聲音透過損失平均值,以紅櫟木隔間牆填加遮音毯+玻璃織維棉的46.5 dB最佳;以單層柳杉壁板25.4 dB最差。7.試體之隔音等級以紅櫟木隔間牆填加遮音毯+玻璃纖維棉及遮音毯為D-40最佳。
The purpose of this paper was to study the sound insulation performances of wood-based panel walls and the effect of improvement by filling other insulation materials, in order to provide good living condition. The tested woods included Red oak, Maple, Lauan, China fir, Japanese cedar and American hemlock. This study was tested in the acoustical laboratory, Department of Architecture, National Cheng-Kung University. The instrument system of B & K Company were used , and the measurement of sound transmission loss (TL) by sound intensity method for the wood-based panel walls. The important results were summarized as following: 1. The mean values of TL for different wood species are: Red oak 39.3 dB >Maple 39.1 dB> American hemlock 38.7 dB> Japanese cedar 38.2 dB> Lauan 38.0 dB> China fir 36.2 dB. 2. The mean values of TL for sandwich structure panel walls and single panel are: Red oak sandwich structure panel walls 39.3 dB >single panel 29.6 dB Japanese cedar sandwich structure panel walls 38.2 dB> single panel 25.4 dB 3. The mean values of TL for different under sheets of red oak panel walIs are: 6 mm plywood 39.3 dB> 12 mm OSB 37.0 dB> 18 mm lumber core plywood 36.9 dB. 4. The mean values of TL for different fillings of Red oak panel walls are: Soundproof carpet with glass fiber 46.5 dB>coated metal sheet with glass fiber 45.9 dB>soundproof carpet 43.7 dB> glass fiber 43.5 dB>coated metal sheet 43,5 dB. 5. The effect of filling insulation materials in Red oak panel wal Is showed that the best was soundproof carpet with glass fiber(7.2 dB), and the worst was coated metal sheet(4.2 dB). 6. Comparing all the mean TL, the best was filled soundproof carpet with glass fiber in Red oak panel walls 46.5 dB, and the worst was single Japanese cedar panel 25.4 dB. 7. Comparing all the grade of testing wall, the best was filled soundproof carpet with glass fiber in Red oak panel walls D-40.
