賽滅寧藥劑之添加對放射松單板層積材之物理機械性質與抗白蟻性質之影響

Effects of Adding Cypermethrin on the Physico-mechanical Properties and Termite Resistance of Laminated Radiata Pine Veneer Lumber

摘要


本研究以國內單板層積材製造常用之放射松(Pinus radiata)單板為材料,並在膠合劑間添加賽滅寧藥劑(Cypermethrin),探討此類藥劑之添加對放射松單板層積材之物理、機械與抗白蟻性質之影響,以做為國內相關業者參考之依據。結果指出,以單板層積材整體膠合劑重之0.5%與1.0%,作為賽滅寧藥劑之添加量結果,在物理與機械性質方面均與未處理者無顯著差異,同時在膠合性能方面,亦無膠合剝離現象發生。兩種抗彎性質方面,平面式方向試片(單板之層積方向為載重方向,H type)者,其抗彎強度為82.7~83.0 MPa;側面式方向試片(單板層積方向之直角方向為載重方向,V type)者,其抗彎強度為84.1~84.6 MPa,而木螺釘保持力則為858.2~871.0 N,均能維持良好之基本性能。抗白蟻性方面,經21 天白蟻試驗後,未處理組之質量損失率為7.8%,而藥劑添加量為0.5%與1.0%者,其質量損失率分別為1.8%與0.7%,均能符合CNS 15756 質量損失率需在3%以下之要求。

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the physico-mechanical peoperties and termite resistance of laminated radiata pine veneer lumber with cypermethrin added in adhesive. Optimized concentration to improve the termite resistance of LVL was also studied. The experimental results of the investigation can be used as easy refernece for further application in the wood industry. The experimental results indicated that no significantly difference in physical and mechanicl properties were found between control group and cypermethrin treated group. There were also no delamination between layers after soaking delamination test. In addition, the H type and V type bending strength of cypermethrin treated LVL were 82.7~83.0 MPa and 84.1~84.6 MPa, respectively. Well performance were also found in the screw holding, the strength properties were 858.2~871.0 N. Compared to the control group, with mass loss ratio was 7.8% after 21-day against termite test, the mass loss ratio in the cypermethrin treated group were 1.8% (adding 0.5%wt cypermethrin in glue) and 0.7% (adding 1.0%wt cypermethrin in glue), respectively. The results also demonstrated that the cypermethrin treated LVL could meet the standard as specified in CNS 15756 (mass loss ratio below 3%).
