摘要

常用之Vitamin U含量測定法有：1. 0.02 N AgNO3滴定法。2.凱氏半微量法。3. potassium β-Naphthoquinone-4-Sulfonate呈色法。4. Ninhydrin呈色法。經研討結果，其中以Ninhydrin為呈色劑於波長570 nm測定其吸光值之定量法較為精確，簡便。

Four methods, i.e. 0.02N AgNO3 titration method, semimicro kjeldahl method, potassium β-naphthoquinone-4-sulfonate colorimetric method and ninhydrin colorimetric method for the determination of the content of Vitamin U in gastrointestinal drugs were described and discussed in the aspect of their practicabilities. It was found that the ninhydrin colorimetric method was the most practical and precise one.
