本調查計劃之主要目的在於瞭解市售進口蘋果、蘋果汁、蘋果醬中雙苯胺及亞拉生長素之殘留情形。 雙苯胺之檢驗係採氣相層析-氮磷檢出器法,計抽驗110件檢體其中蘋果94件,果汁及果醬類16件。檢出共10件,蘋果7件,果汁3件。蘋果檢出殘留量範圍為0.130-0.880ppm,平均殘留量0.530ppm。果汁檢出之3件其殘留量,分別為0.015、0.012、0.120ppm。亞拉生長素之檢驗係採可見光分光光度法,計抽驗110件檢體,蘋果94件,果汁及果醬類16件,檢出共9件,均為蘋果檢體,檢出殘留量範圍為0.445-5.779ppm,平均殘留量1.63ppm。
Diphenylamine residues were tested in 94 samples of apple and 16 samples of apple juice and apple jam by GC-TSD. The result indicated that 10 samples, 7 apples and 3 apple juices, contained residues ranging from 0.130 to 0.880ppm with an average of 0.530ppm. The residnes of the three apple juices were 0.015, 0.022 and 0.120ppm respectively. Daminozide residues were tested in 94 samples of apple and 16 samples of apple juice and apple jam by Spectrometry Residnes were found in 9 apples and ranged from 0.445ppm to 5.779ppm with an average of 1.63ppm.
