摘要

本文為藥物食品檢驗局對照標準品ECONAZOLE NITRATE（批號L-1）之標定報告。其標定方法係將取得之原料藥依BP1988 P.214所載之輪驗方法，予以檢驗，所得之結果均合乎BP1988之規定，其含量為99.1%。

Econazole Nitrate was tested for the preparation of an ”Econazole Nitrate Reference Standard (Lot No. L-1)” of the National Laboratories of Foods and Drugs. Analytical data obtained were as follow: infrared spectrum-similar to the BP1988 Standard spectrum of Econazole Nitrate; Loss on drying-0.17%; Sulphated ash-0.06%; Assay-99.1% On the basis of these results, this material was authorized as ”Econazole Nitrate Reference Standard”.
