摘要

本文為藥物食品檢驗局對照標準品cefadroxil（批號B-1）之力價標定報告。其標定方法係將取得之原料藥與U.S.P．標準品比對，作微生物力價測定，所得之結果為每mg之cefadroxil力價934.8μg。

The ”Cefadroxil Reference Standard (Lot No.B-1)” of the National Laboratories of Foods and Drugs was assayed. The potency was determined by the microbiological agar diffusion method. The results against the U. S. P. Reference Standard were established with a potency of 934.8μg per mg.
It was determined that this will serve as ”Cefadroxil Reference Standard”.
