市售絡石藤藥材之鑑別

摘要

絡石藤為常用中藥之一，來源為夾竹桃科(Apocynaceae)植物絡石Trachelospermum jasminoides (Lindley) Lemaire的乾燥帶葉藤莖。為了解該類藥材之使用情形，於台北及高雄地區採逢機取樣方式價購絡石藤檢體共33件，並採集對照藥材絡石、桑科(Moraceae)植物之薜荔(Ficus pumila Linn.)與愛玉(Ficus awkeotsang Makino)、茜草科(Rubiaceae)植物之穿根藤(Psychotria serpens Linn.)以供比對。此33件檢體經性狀特徵、組織切片鏡檢、解離要素及化學法鑑別，並與對照藥材及文獻比對，經確認31件為薜荔，2件為愛玉。

Luoshiteng (Trachelospermi Caulis) consists of the dried foliferous stem of Trachelospermum jasminoides (Lindley) Lemaire (Apocynaceae). In this study, we purchased thirty-three samples of Luoshiteng from Chinese herbal stores in Taipei and Kaohsiung areas and applied Trachelospermum jasminoides (Lindley) Lemaire, Ficus pumila Linn., Ficus awkeotsang Makino and Psychotria serpens Linn. as authentic materials. Samples were compared to the authentic materials and identified with their characteristics by morphology, microscopy and thin layer chromatographic analysis.
The results showed that the thirty-one samples were identified as Ficus pumila Linn. and two were Ficus awkeotsang Makino. None of the samples purchased this time from the Chinese herbal stores was real Luoshiteng, T. jasminoides.
According to the results, the adulteration and misusage of Luoshiteng in marketing is very serious and must be submitted to further study.
