市售美白化粧品含Hydroquinone成分調查
Investigation on Adulteration of Hydroquinone in Whitening Cosmetic Products
摘要
為了解市售美白化粧品中是否攙加成分hydroquinone（對苯二酚），本局自九十年三月至五月止，委由各地方衛生局於美容沙龍護膚中心、美容美髮材料行、化粧品量販店、超市及藥局等處抽取檢體，共計取得檢體79件。檢驗結果，有3件分別檢出hydroquinone 6.7%、3.0%、1.5%，均為輸入品，檢出率3.8%。餘76件均未檢出hydroquinone成分。79件檢體中，有7件(8.9%)品名或效能宣稱美白，未申請許可而檢出含美白成分，有2件(2.5%)標示許可證字號卻未檢出原核准之美白成分，有6件(7.6%)品名或效能宣稱美白並標示含美白成分，未申請許可，但未檢出美白成分。外盒包裝或容器標示不符規定者10件（輸入8件，國產2件），佔抽驗總件數之12.7%，不符規定項目以未標示製造廠名稱及廠址最多。本調查係本局之比較檢驗，曾於九十年七月三十一日發布新聞在案。

In order to investigate whether hydroquinone were present in the marketed whitening cosmetics, seventy-nine samples were randomly purchased from beauty saloons, cosmetic stores, supermarkets and drug stores in Taiwan during March 2001 to May 2001. The results showed that three samples were adulterated with hydroquinone. The concentrations were 6.7%, 3.0% and 1.5%, respectively. There are ten samples (12.7%) violated the labeling regulations.
