摘要


大葉楠(Machilus japonica var.kusanoi)為台灣特有變種,兩性花,花期一到三月。花序原於一月上旬在枝頂出現。一月中旬,花藥原形成,由原始表層和中央細胞團組成。花藥壁層之構成,含表皮層、一層內壁層、二層中間層和一層絨氈層。絨氈層細胞為類變形蟲型。花粉母細胞行減數分裂,相繼地細胞質分裂,產生四分體小孢子,多成兩側並列。成熟的花粉粒具二細胞,球形,直徑30~45μm。花藥瓣裂,瓣具不均勻加厚壁之內壁層細胞。

Machilus japonica var. kusanoi is an endemic variety to Taiwan. Bisexual flowers are produced from January to March. Inflorescence primordia occur at shoot apices in early January. Anther primordia are formed by mid-January, and composed of a protoderm and a central cell mass. The anther wall layers consist of the epidermis, the one-layered endothecium, two middle layers and the tapetum of one layer. The tapetal cells are amoeboid type of characteristics. Pollen mother cells undergo meiosis through successive cytokinesis and give rise to tetrads of microspores, which are mostly isobilaterally arranged. Mature pollen grains are 2-celled,globose and 30~45μm in diameter. Anthers are dehiscent by valves, which contain endothecial cells with uneven-thickened wall.
