由於水土保持技術規範之降雨強度公式不再是Horner型式;而是無因次化降雨強度公式。爲瞭解其個別之特點,及其新舊降雨強度公式間之差異,本研究以氣象局在本島之10個雨量站作爲分析之對象,並以台北、台中、高雄和花蓮等4站分別爲北、中、南、東等四區之代表。經過分析討論之後,本研究得到下列主要之結果:在本研究範圍內,25年和30年以上之年平均雨量記錄所得降雨強度値間之差異不大。另外,以表列係數所得之降雨強度值會比不用表列係數者較接近於水土保持工程手冊所得者,差異較小。而且,無因次降雨強度公式所計算之降雨強度值約爲水土保持工程手冊所得者之0.88〜0.98倍。
The type of equation of rainfall intensity in Technique Regulation of Soil and Water Conservation was not the Homer-type, but the dimensionless-type. In order to explore each characteristic and the difference between these two types of rainfall intensity equations, this study selected the record of ten rainfall stations of Central Weather Bureau in this island for analysis work and selected Taipei, Taichung, Kauhsiung and Hualien representing northern central, southern and eastern area of this island, respectively. After having finished the work of analysis and discussions, this study got the following principal results. In this study, the difference between the value of rainfall intensity got from 25 years and 30 years record was not significant. The variety from using listing coefficients to get rainfall intensity would be smaller than that from calculating coefficients. Moreover, the value of rainfall intensity calculated by the equation of dimensionless rainfall intensity was 0.88 0.98 times of that of Handbook of Soil and Water Conservation.
