本研究主要是藉由有經驗的文物預防性保護工作者的觀點,探討展櫃相對濕度異常的關鍵因素,將可能造成異常之原因彙整。為使研究之評估構面與準則具有適當性,發放兩階段問卷,第一階段為專家問卷,第二階段為AHP問卷,調查對象為博物館預防性保存人員與文保行業相關人員,問卷回收後,進行各準則之相對權重分析,以確定展櫃相對濕度異常的關鍵因素。研究結果發現,15項準則中,權重較高的準則計有六項,依序是「展櫃結構連接處密合性」、「展櫃材質具毛細現象」、「調控設備性能影響」、「調濕方式選用影響」、「感測器量測準確性」、「設備環境適應性」,故對於異常防治與改善的重點可以聚焦於此。本研究冀望給予日後博物館文物保存工作者,對於展櫃的相對濕度異常判斷,有參考的依據。
This study is based on the opinions of experienced preventive conservators to carry out the analysis for the key factors of the relative humidity failure in the museum display cases. Summarizing the causes of relative humidity failure in museum display cases is in order to make the dimensions and criteria of the research appropriately. Two rounds of questionnaires were issued. The first round was expert questionnaire and the second round was AHP questionnaire. The questionnaire sample respondents were the preventive protectors in the museums and the relevant professionals. After collecting the questionnaire, a relative weight analysis was performed for each criterion. The findings showed that among the 15 criteria, there were six criteria with higher weights. They could be sequenced "Display case connection air-tightness" , "Display case material has capillary phenomenon" , "Equipment performance impact" , "Humidity control method selection influence" , "Sensor measurement accuracy" and "Equipment environmental suitability". The prevention of the relative humidity failure of museum display cases can be focused on this.
