Studies on the Biology and Burrows of Ocypode ceratophthalmus Pallas, 1772 (Crustacea: Decapoda)

角眼沙蟹生物學與洞穴型態研究

摘要

A total of 845 samples were collected, including 521 males and 324 females with a sex ratio of male: female is 69:31. The minimum size at maturity of carapace width in male is 28.79mm, and female is 34.18mm. The breeding season is from July to November. A total of 24 burrow models were made, of which 12 are J-shaped, accounting for 50%, 5 are U-shaped, accounting for 21%, 3 are y-shaped, accounting for 13%, and 4 are irregular types, accounting for 16%. The depth of all burrow models ranged from 15 cm to 65 cm.

本研究共採得845個樣本，其中雄蟹521隻、雌蟹324隻，性比雄：雌為69：31。最小性成熟體型方面，雄蟹頭胸甲寬為28.79mm，雌蟹為34.18mm。繁殖季推估為7月～11月。洞穴模型共計製作24個，其中12個為J型，佔50％，5個為U型，佔21％，3個為y型，佔13%，4個不規則形，佔16%。所有樣本洞穴深度介於15公分至65公分。
