摘要


金屬瓷冠因其強度夠且製作簡單是廣泛被採用於口腔內膺復物之一,然而決定其品質效果優劣與金屬表面之處理及金屬與瓷層之結合力有密切的關係。本實驗採用四種含金量不同之金屬,以不同時間和方式經氫氟酸處理後用掃瞄式電子顯微鏡和線掃瞄,以便觀察金屬表面之顯微構造和其變化並利用X射線波長分析折儀分析金、鉑、鈀、銀、錫、銦、鐵之半定量分析。其結果如下。 1.四種金屬鑄片之表面均受氫氟酸之酸蝕,以金屬Ceramicalloy#16之鑄片最為嚴重,以金屬Jelenko-0之鑄片最小。 2.四種金屬鑄片之表面其機械性線條隨浸漬時間之增長而呈現不規則分佈,其尖端(peak)呈圓鈍形,以8小時組之機械性線條最模糊而不規則。30分鐘組最明顯而有規則。 3.元素之半定量分析,四種金屬中主要元素鉑、鈀、銀之重量百分比有下降趨勢,而黃金有上升趨勢。 4.微量元素錫、銦、鐵等元去有被酸蝕現象,如此可能會影響化學鍵之結合。 5.四種金屬鑄片經八小時氫氟酸酸蝕時不用超音波洗淨器與酸蝕30分鐘同時以超音波機洗淨後兩者之酸蝕度比較,發現其去面顯微構造有顯著不同,酸蝕度前者較為嚴重。

The use of porcelain fused to metal crown and bridges has increased reecently because of the case of fabrication and the improved strength. The treatment of metal surfaces affects the bond strength between the metal and the porcelain interface. Four commercially available ceramic gold alloys were studied. The purpose of this investigation was to study the metal surfaces after treatment with hydrofluoric acid using varied methods and durations of time. The alloys were then examined with a wavelength dispersive x-ray analyzer. The main conclusions are summarized as follows: 1.Corrosion of the metal surfaces increased when etching time increased. The metal Ceramic alloy #16 was most severely affected Jelenko-O was the least affected. 2.The mechanical properties of metal surface are more obviously affected with increasing time of hydrofluoric acid treatment. The peak of the line scan becamed rounded. 3.Semiquantitative analysis of the four metals revealed that concentrations of the major constituents, Pt Pd and Ag ended with a decrease, but Au increased. 4.Trace elements Sn, In and Fe were found to decrease slightly, perhaps affecting the bond strength between the porcelain and the metal interface. 5.In a laboratory experiment consisting of an eight-hour treatment of hydrofluoric acid upon metal surfaces without using ultrasonic cleaner, the results were the formation of a different microstructure compared to that with a thirty minutes usage of ultrasonic cleaner.
