摘要


本研究是以儀器中子活化分析法同時測定9種國產香煙及13種美國進口香煙煙草中之多種元素。所測定之元素包括 Al, Ti, Mg, V, Mn, Cl, Co, Fe, Ce, Ca, La, Cr, Sc, Th, Zn, Rb, Ba, Sr, Br and K。其結果如下:1.煙草中之 Al, Ti, Mg, Mn, Rb和Br之濃度,以美國香煙較高。 2.煙草中之 Co, Zn和Ni之濃度,以國產香煙較高。 3.其他元之濃度無明顯差異。 4.國產香煙煙草中 As和Hg 含量已降至偵測極限之下。

The concentrations of 20 trace elements in the cigarette tobacco of 9 commercially manufactured Taiwan cigarette brands and 13 imported brands were determined by instrumental neutron activation analysis. The elements determined were Al, Ti, Mg, V, Mn, Cl, Co, Fe, Ce, Ca, La, Cr, Sc, Th, Zn, Rb, Ba, Sr, Br and K. The concentrations of Al, Ti, Mg, Mn, Rb and Br in the tobacco of American cigarettes were significantly higher than those of Taiwan cigarettes while concentrations of Co, Zn and Ni were found just in opposite trend. No significant differences were found for the other elements between these two production areas. The lack of detectable As and Hg elements in Taiwan tobacco reflect the trend toward replacement of arsenical and mercurial sprays with other pesticides.
