Adrenal Myelolipoma - Report of Two Cases
腎上腺骨髓脂肪瘤－兩例病例報告
摘要
腎上腺骨髓脂肪瘤是罕見，良性，含有造血及脂肪成分的腫瘤。大多數患有腎上腺骨髓脂肪瘤的病人沒有徵狀，且意外被發現。我們報告兩例腎上腺骨髓脂肪瘤，其中一位為中年女性，她有右脅腹疼痛，8年後的影像學顯示其腫瘤有變大的情形。另一位為63歲男性，其有右脅腹酸痛，超音波掃描發現右腎上腺腫瘤。他們兩者均接受腎上腺切除手術，病理報告顯示為腎上腺骨髓脂肪瘤。我們對其臨床，影像，病理上之特徵加以討論並對文獻作一回顧。

Adrenal myelolipoma, whith is composed of hematopoietic and adipose elements, is a rare benign tumor. Most adrenal myelolipomas are asymptomatic and are found incidentally. We report two cases of adrenal myelolipoma. One was a middle-aged woman with right flank pain. Tumor size increased 8 years later. The other patient was a 63-year-old man presenting with right flank soreness. The right adrenal tumor was found by abdominal sonography. Both of them received adrenalectomy to relieve symptoms and the pathologic results showed adrenal myelolipoma. The clinical, radiologic and pathologic characteristics of these two cases are discussed together with a review of the literature.
